Month (1 to 4 months) : 1.250 € /month Registration fee : 250 € Deposit : 1.000 € < OPTIONAL SERVICES > 1. Monthly supplement per person of 50 € that includes: weekly cleaning (does not include making the bed) + weekly clean sheets and towels + high speed Wi-Fi + utilities (water and electricity). 2. Car Parking : 100 € /month 3. Motorcycle Parking : 50 € /month 4. Security Box (even your laptop fits) : 20 € /month (The prices are per month and per person, VAT included) We have restaurant service full board with the price 290 € /month per person (VAT included). Full board is from Monday to Friday (3 meals) + Saturday Brunch + Sunday dinner. Our residence has coworking room, crossfit outdoor gym, multipurpose room (tv, games, cinema, conferences), group study rooms, solarium at the rooftop, terrace and laundry area. The space offers 24 hours reception and CCTV to take care and control. *Published prices are for Academic Year 2022 - 2023

Cancelation Policy

- Visitors are allowed until 11pm - No smoking - Pets are not allowed - No extra devices in the room - Be aware that you will have to pay 250€ for registration fee + Security deposit * The Security deposit 1000 € is refunded 71 days after the checkout. If there are damages in the room, the amount is taken from the deposit.
